Go back to the Activities page	Venturing Leadership Skills Course (VLSC) Venturing Crew 2020 Once a year the Crew conducts this training. The Crew opens the training to all Venturing units in the area. We also participate with other Venturing units to help them conduct their VLSC. The Venturing Leadership Skills Course was created to help teach young adults the attitudes and skills that good leaders demonstrate. Practicing and mastering these skills help enable Venturers to have positive leadership experiences. VLSC is a series of leadership modules divided into four categories: Vision, Communication, Organization, and Synergism. Each module is introduced by an activity and followed by reflection. It is recommended that the modules be conducted in order.
